While Dadapt primarily focuses on interior development, we also provide our clients with the ability to work on a multitude of design aspects from Architectural design to project management with alliances and joint ventures with Valentina, SFS and consulting with Edmundo Chacón. Johnny Monrose
Lead Architectural Designer
Johnny is the owner and principal architect at SFS in New Jersey. He is Senior Architectural Project Manager and a Real Estate Practitioner who has worked in the architectural, engineering and construction industry for the last 23 years. His experience has been with many renowned firms both locally and internationally while working on a range of project types including residential, retail, commercial, corporate interiors, institutional and transportation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Master’s of Science in Real Estate Practice both from Pratt Institute. Johnny is an Associate of the American Institute of Architects, New York Chapter.
Bianca Célestin
Consulting Project Manager (MEP)
Bianca is the owner and principal consultant of Valentina Client Representation. This is a minority, woman-owned consulting and project management boutique firm based in Brooklyn NY. Bianca has over twenty years of experience in the design of mechanical systems for buildings, business development and project management. She has established herself as Senior Mechanical Engineer and Senior Project Manager in New York City who manages complex assignments, meets tight deadlines and budgets, and delivers quality projects. Possesses expertise in designing integrated building solutions with a focus in sustainable and energy efficient design. Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills and project management skills.

Edmundo Chacón
Architectural Project Manager
Edmundo is our innovative Architectural Consultant with ten years experience as an Architectural professional and Project Lead in New York. Edmundo has extensive experience in the design and technical aspects of project execution in both high-end residential and corporate commercial sectors with a broad range of large to small-scale projects. He constantly ensures the smooth progress and successful completion of interior and architectural projects through design, client liaison, project coordination and project management. Edmundo Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from NYIT and has in-depth knowledge of Construction Administration and Architectural Reviews.
